GENERAL POLICY
Prices
Prices within this website supersede all other prices and may be subject to change due to product
availability. Elegant Expressions Gift Baskets reserves the right to make corrections in the event of a
printing error within this web site.
Substitutions
There may be rare occasions when we are out of a particular product. Therefore, we reserve the
right to substitute any product with a item that is of equal or greater value, keeping theme and
consistency in mind. At times we may also substitute items as we make changes to our inventory based
upon discovery of new and unique items and seasonal difference. Therefore, substitution may be
made, but quality will never be compromised.
It is the responsibility of the person/persons placing the order to notify us if the recipient has any food
allergies so we may substitute with other products instead.
Finally, we will be happy to substitute particular products at your request.
Order Processing
We take pride in our customer service at Elegant Expressions Gift Baskets and this includes not only the
quality of our products, but also the speed of our service and shipping. We will process your order
within 12 hours of it being placed. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for delays in processing due to
transmission delays or technical failures.
Order Cancellation
Keeping the above order processing guidelines in mind, we require that any cancellation be made
within 12 hours of order confirmation. If any order is canceled between the 12th hour and the time of
delivery/shipment, it will be subject to a nonrefundable handling fee and service charge equal to 25% of
the total order.
The 12-hour cancellation does not apply to orders where same day shipping has been requested. In
the case of a same day shipping request, all order must be canceled within 3 hours of order
confirmation or be subject to the same refund/replacement restrictions as outlined above.
All canceled orders placed with a credit card that has already been processed will be subject to an
additional $6.00 cancellation fee.
We do apologize, however, we do not allow cancellation on items that have been shipped.
Exchanges / Returns / Refunds Policy
We do not offer cash or credit refunds. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied
with the quality of your purchase, we will work with you to correct the situation. Generally, if the
majority of the basket is acceptable to you, we will replace any items you feel are needed. Items will
NOT be replaced if opened, used or consumed.
In the event your basket should arrive damaged, we will replace the basket at no additional expense to
you. A basket considered "damaged" is at our discretion. While we choose our baskets and
containers with great care, some flaws are possible. General flaws in the basket or container itself will
not be considered "damaged". Due to product availability, the replacement basket may not be
identical. We will make every effort to replace it with the exact basket, however if you purchased a
basket that we no longer offer, a substitution will be made to your satisfaction. The basket must be
returned in the same carton in which it was shipped, with all original items, in original condition. Please
contact us and we will arrange a "call tag" for the carrier to pick up the package.
Claims must be filed in writing via fax or email within 5 business days of the gift being received. NO
exceptions.
Corporate Discounts
Elegant Expressions Gift Baskets offers discounts based on the total order price excluding shipping as
outlined below.
$1,000 - $2,500………..5%
$2,500 - $5,000………..7%
$5,000 and more……..10%
Gift Cards
Gift cards are included at no additional cost in all of our merchandise with the message of your
choice. Please make sure to include your name and/or company name if you would like the recipient
to know whom the basket is from.
Custom Orders
If you have a special gift in mind, or a special theme, or a special request, or even a particular budget,
please call us at 1.724.643.1815. We will gladly assist you and discuss creating that special gift. Custom
gift baskets may not be returned or exchanged.
Agreement to Rules of User Conduct
You agree to abide by the Rules of User Conduct, including but not limited to, agreeing not to use this
site for any unlawful purpose. You may not use elegantexpressionsgiftbaskets.com to send unsolicited
advertising, promotional material, or other forms of solicitation to other users.
Proprietary Rights
You acknowledge and agree that all content, photos, and materials available on this site are protected
by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are shipped the next business day unless you specify a future ship date. Gift Baskets are
shipped only on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Same-
day or Saturday hand delivery may be available in special circumstances.
Our shipping / delivery charges are entirely separate from the price of your gift basket.
We can ship your basket anywhere within the continental United States. At the present time, we
cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO - FPO Boxes or foreign addresses. We also do not ship to hospitals.
You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. We will contact you
via email or phone if we foresee any shipping delays. Shipping delays may occur during holiday
seasons.
When placing your order, please be sure that all recipient information is entered accurately, including
recipient's full name, street address, apartment/condominium/suite numbers, city, state and zip code.
YOUR ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING COMPLETE AND ACCURATE SHIPPING INFORMATION. Incorrect
shipping information may result in a delay in arrival and/or additional fees imposed by the carrier, which
will be charged to the purchaser.
If an error is made in the shipping address after the order has been placed, or the shipping address
needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will gladly
make the necessary changes. If the gift has already been picked up by the Carrier, we will need to
contact them to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $25.00 will be
charged to your credit card for this error.
If you are unsure of the shipping / delivery address, we encourage you to contact the recipient before
the placing of your order.
If our Carrier requests a corrected or more complete address after we ship your order or if your order
is returned to us as undeliverable, you will be contacted in order to provide an alternate shipping
address. Please note that you will be responsible for any re-shipment costs incurred, as well as a
$10.00 non-refundable fee per order. Please avoid this fee by providing an accurate and complete
address when you place your order.
When estimating the arrival date of your package, please keep in mind that neither the US Postal
Service or other commercial shippers offer package pick up on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. We
cannot guarantee transit times with any shipments. The time of day your order is placed, the method
of delivery you choose, location of the recipient, weather conditions, holidays, occasional delays by
carriers, and other factors, such as an incorrect addressees can all impact the delivery and arrival date
of your gift. Delays in delivery may occur during the Holidays. We recommend you order early so that
your gift arrives in time. We will always do everything possible to expedite your gift order; however, we
cannot guarantee specific dates or times of arrival.
